Terms of Service

1. The service

QTY LocalAI helps local businesses with Google Business Profile management, AI-written posts and replies, SEO audits, keyword and competitor insights, content tools and related features. Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding contract in India, and use the service for a business you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us and for everything done through your account.

3. Your account

Keep your password private. Tell us immediately at support@qtysolutions.com if you think someone else has access. You must not share your account with people outside your business.

4. Plans, credits and payment

• Plans are billed monthly in Indian rupees. Prices shown at checkout include or exclude GST as stated there.
• Plans renew automatically each month through Razorpay until you cancel.
• Each plan includes a number of AI credits per billing period. Unused credits do not carry over unless the plan says so.
• If a payment fails, we may pause paid features until it succeeds.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. The new price applies from your next billing period.

5. AI-generated content

AI can make mistakes. You must review all AI-generated text, images and recommendations before you publish or rely on them. You are responsible for what you publish. Please read our AI Content & Acceptable Use rules, which form part of these terms. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, reviews or sales.

6. Third-party services

The service works with Google, OpenAI, Razorpay and others. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and they may change or limit what they allow. We are not responsible for outages or changes at those services. When you connect Google Business Profile you authorise us to act on your listing only as you direct.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break any law, or infringe anyone's rights;
• post false, misleading, defamatory, obscene or hateful content, or fake reviews;
• create deepfakes or content that misleads people about who said or did something;
• try to break, probe or overload the service, or access other customers' data;
• resell or share the service without our written permission;
• use the service to send spam.

We may suspend or end accounts that break these rules, and may remove content as the law requires.

8. Your content and our rights

You keep ownership of the content and data you provide, and of AI output created for you, to the extent the law allows. You give us permission to store, process and display it to run the service for you. Quality Tech Yardowns the software, design and brand of QTY LocalAI.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these terms.

10. Availability and support

We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance. Support is available at support@qtysolutions.com and through the Help & Support page.

11. Limits on our liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

12. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and cancel your plan at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, do not pay, or if the law requires. On ending, your data is handled as the Privacy Policy describes.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you in the app or by email for material changes. Continued use after the change means you accept it.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please first raise any complaint with our Grievance Officer (details here). Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
