AI Content & Acceptable Use

QTY LocalAI uses artificial intelligence to write text and create images for your business. India's IT Rules (as amended in 2026) require care with AI-generated and synthetic content. This page explains how it works and what we expect from you.

1. How we use AI

We send the business details and instructions needed for a task to AI providers (currently OpenAI) so they can produce text, recommendations or images. We do not use your data to train our own models. Providers handle data under their own terms. See our Privacy Policy.

2. AI can be wrong

AI output may be inaccurate, outdated or unsuitable. You must read, check and edit everything before you publish it. In particular, check prices, offers, timings, health or legal claims, and names. You are responsible for what you publish.

3. Labelling AI-generated content

  • We label AI-generated images as AI-generated wherever the law or the platform requires it. Do not remove or hide such labels or markers.
  • Where a platform (such as Google or social media) asks you to mark content as AI-generated, you must do so.
  • Do not present AI-generated images of people, products or places as real photographs if that could mislead customers.

4. What you must not create

  • Deepfakes, or content showing a real person saying or doing something they did not, without their consent.
  • Sexual content, or anything involving children in a harmful way.
  • Fake reviews, fake testimonials or fake endorsements.
  • Content that is false, defamatory, hateful, violent, or that promotes illegal activity.
  • Content that copies someone else's copyrighted work, logo or brand, or pretends to be another business.
  • Anything that breaks Indian law or the rules of the platform where you publish.

We may review, block or remove requests and content that break these rules, and may suspend the account.

5. Reporting a problem

If you see unlawful or harmful content, or content that wrongly uses your name or image, write to support@qtysolutions.com. We act on valid orders from courts and government authorities within the time the law sets, and on other valid reports as quickly as we can.
