Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask QTY LocalAI to delete your data at any time, including any data received through Facebook, Instagram or Google.

Option 1: From your account

  1. Sign in to QTY LocalAI.
  2. Go to Settings → Privacy & your data.
  3. Click Request account deletion.

Option 2: By email

Email support@qtysolutions.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my data”. We may ask you to confirm your identity.

Disconnecting Facebook or Instagram only

To stop our access without deleting your account, disconnect the integration inside QTY LocalAI, and remove the app from your Facebook settings under Settings → Business integrations. When you disconnect, we delete the access tokens we hold for that account.

What happens next

  • We confirm your request within 48 hours.
  • We delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days.
  • We keep only the records the law requires, such as billing and tax records, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
